Xcluder® stands behind everything we sell. If you're not satisfied with your Xcluder® purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within one year of purchase.To return an item, follow these three steps:

  1. Pack the item securely and include the original product packaging and tags if available.
  2. Include proof of purchase (invoice, store receipt) plus your name, address, email, phone number and a brief description of why you’re returning the item. (No return code required.)

Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend you send your package using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance as Xcluder® cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If we have questions about your return, we will contact you by phone or email.

 

WARRANTIES

XCLUDER® GENERAL WARRANTY:

Xcluder® guarantees our products to be free from defects in both materials and workmanship. If you receive a defective item, please contact us for a full refund or replacement. This warranty applies only to manufacturing or shipping defects and does not cover improper use or improper installation, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.

XCLUDER® DOOR SWEEP WARRANTY:

We guarantee that Xcluder® Door Sweeps will stop mice and rats or we’ll send you a replacement, free. 

What does this Xcluder® Door Sweep warranty cover?

Xcluder® door sweeps are warranted to you by Global Material Technologies, Inc. (GMT) to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of purchase and to be impenetrable to mice and/or rats for the lifetime of the product. For this Lifetime Limited Warranty to apply, the sweep must have been properly installed as described in the installation instructions and be in good, serviceable condition.

What does the Xcluder® Door Sweep warranty not cover?

This warranty does not cover damage from abuse, normal wear or tear, or any use not in accordance with the instructions provided. This warranty does not cover penetrations by mice and rats resulting from a worn out, improperly installed or damaged (other than by a mouse or rat) sweep. This warranty does not cover damages such as the cost of repairing or replacing other property that is damaged due to a defect in the sweep, the cost for transportation of the sweep to get warranty service, loss of time, loss of use, or other consequential or incidental damages.

How long does the Xcluder® Door Sweep warranty last?

  • This Lifetime Limited Warranty begins on the date of purchase and lasts for the lifetime of the product.

How do I receive Xcluder® Door Sweep warranty service?

Call customer service at 847-495-4700 and choose 2 for Xcluder® or email [email protected]. At our discretion, Xcluder­® may require pictures and/or return of the damaged sweep as a condition of warranty service. If we ask that the sweep be returned to us, return shipping will be at Xcluder®’s expense.
